Brookview Park is a community of manufactured homes where at least one of the residents of a space must be a registered owner of the home and one must be at least fifty-five (55) years of age or older, and all other persons in the manufactured home must be at least fifty (50) years of age. Brookview's homes were manufactured by either Levitt or Viking and finished in a way to blend with the environment and to optimally show the extensive landscaping in the Park. These homes have different floor plans ranging from 1,000 to 1,996 square feet and with two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms and interior laundry room or laundry closet. The homes are recessed into the ground on three sides with underground drainage and each space has a 100-square foot storage building with electricity and lighting which harmonizes with the architecture of the homes. Adjacent to the homes are side-by-side covered parking for two homeowner's vehicles plus one uncovered guest parking space. All manufactured homes are the property of the resident of the space on which the manufactured home sets. Brookview Park Management rents spaces on which the manufactured homes are set; Brookview does not sell manufactured homes. A purchaser of a manufactured home to remain in Brookview Park must be qualified to live in the Park and all sales must go through a formal escrow. It is highly recommended that prospective buyers and sellers use a licensed real estate professional who is experienced with manufactured homes in any transaction involving the purchase/sale of a manufactured home.
