Exquisitely landscaped Brookview Park is a senior community where at least one homeowner must be age 55 and an additional resident of the home is age 50 and over. A recipient of the Environmental Design Award by the City of Concord, Brookview Park is the most exceptional community of manufactured housing in the Bay Area.
